About the Owner: Beth Ward
After growing up on the east coast, I moved to California. I studied and earned my master’s degree in Public Policy & Administration and bachelor’s in organizational leadership and business. I raised my family and had a rewarding career in local government. I earned my teaching credentials and began sharing my true passion for learning.
It is my goal to learn more about you and your team, while determining together what your goals are. If I can I will gladly share my experience to help facilitate positive change to reach your goals, reduce spending, remove silos, and improve workflow. I use my management experience to help agencies and businesses by working directly with individuals and teams.
In order to affect true change in any process all levels of an organization should be involved and have a voice. It is my goal to assist in developing each person within a team to seek positive advancements both personally and professionally.
